Nuk ka pasur operatore ekonomike te skualifikuar ____________________________________ Në datën 14.04.2025 nëpërmjet Sistemit të Ankesave Elektronike pranë Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik, është administruar ankesa me nr. 969/2025 protokolli dhe me numër ankimi elektronik A/2025/5239 e BOE “O.E.S Distrimed” SHPK dhe “Euromed” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit Nga shqyrtimi paraprak i ankesës të sipërcituar, u konstatua se objekti i ankesës lidhet me vendimmarrjen e Komisionit të Vlerësimit të Ofertave mbi kualifikimin e ofertës të paraqitur nga operatori ekonomik “Aquarius Medical SHPK. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me Vendim Nr. 701 dste 07.05.2025 vendosi 1. Të pranojë pjesërisht ankesën e BOE “O.E.S Distrimed” SHPK dhe “Euromed” SHPK për procedurën e prokurimit 2. Autoriteti kontraktor të anulojë procedurën e prokurimit dhe me rihapjen e saj të ketë parasysh konstatimet e mësipërme të bëra nga Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik. Referuar informacionit te Autoritetit Kontraktor, Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik konstaton se Autoriteti Kontraktor ka bashkelidhur Formularin e anullimit te Procedures se Prokurimit ne perputhje me vendimine KPP Nr. 701 date 26.05.2025. Në mbledhjen e datës 09.06.2025, mori në shqyrtim çështjen, Mbi zbatimin e vendimit të Komisionit të Prokurimit Publik Nr. 701/2025, datë 26.05.2025. Komisioni i Prokurimit Publik me vendim Nr. 754/2025 vendos; Lejeimin e Autoritetit Kontraktor te vijoje me anullimin e procedures. |
