Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesit e mëposhtëm:
1. Operatori ekonomik “ASI-2A Co shpk” shpk u skualifikua
pas nuk ka plotesuar kriterin teknik pika 2.3.7 ku thuhet se “Per materialet e kerkuara OE duhet te paraqese katalogun/et ose skedat teknike të prodhuesit/ve, ku të specifikohen materialet që do të ofrohen si dhe te paraqiten çertifikatë/deklaratë konfirmiteti CE, certifikatat e cilesise ose raportet e testimit nga laboratorë të akredituar, me qëllim përmbushjen e standarteve të kërkuara ne Specifikimet teknike”, ne kete rast nuk ka paraqitur katalogun.
2. BOE AHK –NY & B-93 shpk u skualifikua duke qenë se nuk i plotësonte kriteret si me poshte:
- OE nuk ka plotesuar kriterin financiar dhe ekonomik konkretisht piken 2.2.2 per Bilancin e 2024
