Nga pjesëmarrësit janë skualifikuar, Ofertuesi i mëposhtëm:
1. Operatori ekonomik “NELSA” SH.P.K me NIPT J71601012S me ofertë ekonomike 5,903,825.00 (Pesë milion e nëntëqind e tre mijë e tetëqind e njëzet e pesë) Lekë pa Tvsh.
Operatori ekonomik NELSA SHPK i ka paraqitur Mostrat e kërkuara për artikujt me nr. rendor 11-16 por mostrat e sjella nuk ishin ne perputhje me specifikimet, nuk kishin etiketë të ngjitur, e cila duhej të përmbante mostër “emri i artikullit « emrin e ofertuesit, nënshkrimin dhe vulën e operatorit ekonomik. Ne rastin kur mostrat nuk jane te vulosura nuk permbajne elementet identifikuese te Operatorit ekonomik, prandaj AK nuk mund te beje nje vleresim te qarte, të sakte dhe te besueshem te tyre.
2.Operatori ekonomik SEAD-SGS sh.p.k. me NIPT L61725018G me ofertë ekonomike 5,498,200 (Pesemilion e katerqind e nentedhjete e tetemije e dyqind) lek pa tvsh
nuk ka përmbushur një nga kërkesat e përcaktuara në dokumentet e tenderit, piken 2.3.5 pasi nuk ka paraqitur mostrat e kërkuara nga autoriteti kontraktor, mungesa mostrave eshte kusht per skualifikim.
